Registration Information

Full Registration (member, non-member, presenter and concession) includes:

  • Engage in the 2 day program with attendance to the keynote presentations and concurrent sessions

  • Meals for the duration of the Conference including morning tea, lunch and afternoon tea
  • Expand your networking opportunities with a ticket to the welcome reception including drinks and canapes
  • Catch up on anything you may have missed with access to the online Resource Centre of presenter podcasts
  • Certificate of Attendance that may be used to claim CPD

Early Bird Registration
A discounted registration is offered to those that register and pay by 5pm Monday 29 January 2018. Payment not received by 5pm Monday 29 January 2018 will be re-invoiced at the standard rate.

Business Leaders Breakfast
The Business Leaders Breakfast will be held from 7.15am – 8.30am on Friday 9 March 2018. The Conference is able to offer all delegates a discounted ticket price to attend and will include a full hot plated breakfast and beverages. Additional tickets can be purchased from the registration page.

Welcome Reception 
The Welcome Reception will be held on Thursday 8 March 2018 from 5:00pm and forms part of the networking opportunity available to delegates. Tickets to the function are included in Full Registration only.   Day delegates or partners are invited to purchase a ticket to the welcome reception through the registration form.

Presenter Registration
A discounted registration is available to all presenters who submit an abstract and are accepted to present in the program.

Concession Registration
Concession registration is available for full time students and unwaged persons. A discount will be applied to the full registration only (not including the presenter and day rate).

Group Registration Discounts
Group registration discounts are offered when a single organisation registers 3 or more participants.  To enquire about a group discount please email the Conference Secretariat.

Group registration discounts are available to assist organisations wishing to send multiple participants to the Conference.  Participant details must be supplied when submitting the group registration form but can be changed.  The final list of participants must be emailed to the Conference Secretariat 14 days prior to the Conference.

Payment Conditions
Once registration is received a confirmation email and tax invoice will be issued. All accounts must be paid in full 30 days from the invoice date or 10 business days before the conference start date, whichever comes first.

The organisers reserve right, without notification, to cancel outstanding accounts any time after 30 days from date of tax invoice being sent.

All registrations received after Monday 27 February 2018 must be paid in full by credit card only. If payment is not received prior to the Conference, access will be granted only after full payment is made via credit card or cash.

Refunds and Cancellations
The Conference Committee understands that circumstances can change. At any point prior to the event you are welcome to contact us in writing to nominate a substitute delegate at no extra charge.

A full refund less a $150 service fee will be issued for cancellations received on or before Thursday 25 January 2018. Registration cancellation received between Friday 26 January 2018 and Thursday 8 February 2018 will receive 50% refund on the registration fee.   No refunds will be issued for cancellations received after Friday 9 February 2018.

Accommodation
All accommodation bookings will be subject to the individual hotel cancellation policy. Please contact the Conference Secretariat for the hotel cancellation policy.
