Early Bird Registration
A discounted registration is offered to those that register and pay by COB Friday 15 February 2019. Payment not received by COB Friday 15 February 2019 will be re-invoiced at the standard rate.
A discounted registration is available to all presenters who submit an abstract and are accepted to present in the program.
Group Registration Discounts
Group registration discounts are offered when a single organisation registers 3 or more participants. To enquire about a group discount please email the Conference Secretariat.
Group registration discounts are available to assist organisations wishing to send multiple participants to the conference. Participant details must be supplied when submitting the group registration form but can be changed. The final list of participants must be emailed to the Conference Secretariat 14 days prior to the conference.
The Networking Function will be held on Monday 1 April from 5:00pm and forms part of the networking opportunity available to delegates. Tickets to the function are included in Full Registration and include canapes and drinks. Day delegates or partners are invited to purchase a ticket through the registration form.
Once registration is received a confirmation email and tax invoice will be issued. All accounts must be paid in full 30 days from the invoice date or 10 business days before the conference start date, whichever comes first.
The organisers reserve right, without notification, to cancel outstanding accounts any time after 30 days from date of tax invoice being sent.
All registrations received after Monday 18 March 2019 must be paid in full by credit card only. If payment is not received prior to the conference, access will be granted only after full payment is made via credit card or cash.
Refunds and Cancellations
The Conference Committee understands that circumstances can change. At any point prior to the event you are welcome to contact us in writing to nominate a substitute delegate at no extra charge.
A full refund less a $150 service fee will be issued for cancellations received on or before Monday 18 February 2019. Registration cancellation received between Tuesday 19 February and Monday 4 March 2019 will receive 50% refund on the registration fee. No refunds will be issued for cancellations received from Tuesday 5 March 2019.
All accommodation bookings will be subject to the individual hotel cancellation policy. Please contact the Conference Secretariat for the hotel cancellation policy.
It is strongly recommended that delegates have travel insurance to cover medical and travel expenses. The conference does not endorse or have any arrangements with any companies.

The conference organisers reserve the right to change activities, topics and presenters where necessary. “The organisers shall not be liable for any loss caused by the cancellation of the conference where such cancellation is due to Force Majeure. The term “Force Majeure” means any circumstance beyond the reasonable control of the organisers including but not limited to War, hostilities (whether war be declared or not), terrorism, aircraft hijacking, military operation, riot, civil war, rebellion, civil commotion or unrest, natural disasters, Acts or Regulations of government, refusal to grant visas, explosions, transport delays, transport difficulties and the insolvency of airline carriers. The organisers will use all reasonable efforts to conduct the conference despite the intervention or occurrence of any such cause.”
